Flexible labeling

The information that can be printed includes weight, price, unit price, date, barcode and various texts depending on the label design.

User friendly

Short production runs can be handled with ease, thanks to quick label changeover. The WPL9010 uses the same operator friendly HMI as automatic models and requires no additional training for existing WPL9000 series users.

Optional totalizing function

An optional standalone totalizing function is available. It provides total labels from the same printer. The WPL9010 then tracks orders and totals on pack, box and pallet level. It produces a box label after a set number of packs have been labeled or when a minimum weight has been exceeded.

Monitor and control processing

The Innova module for Weigh Price Labelers lets you monitor and optimize your packing process in a single system. The software provides live dashboards showing data for key performance indicators such as giveaway, WPL performance, weights and throughput, giving you a clear overview of production. 

Get operational insight 

Historical data on all throughput is collected and stored in the Innova database. This ensures you have a certified system of records and can also generate all legally required documentation, so you comply with average weight legislation.

Multiple methods of operation and weight capture

The Innova WPL module can  be implemented stand-alone with your Weigh Price Labeler or connected to multi-line WPL solutions. The software lets you label trays with individual items as well as dynamic weighing and labeling of boxes. Catch, fixed or e-weighing is possible, and items can be automatically boxed and palletized based on count or weight. Innova WPL allows for single product type boxing of items coming in batches (one product type per batch) and multiple product type boxing of random product items.
