Information
The Standard Flowline for Trimming is used for trimming small ground fish (haddock, Alaska pollock), farmed whitefish species (tilapia, pangasius, catfish) and small salmonids (rainbow trout).
The Standard Flowline for Trimming replaces a manual trimming system based on tables, conveyor or trays. It is designed to be part of an integrated processing solution, following the Standard Flowline for hand filleting.
Fillets are automatically delivered to operators on the top conveyor. After trimming, the final product is automatically released to the lower conveyor, while waste is discharged on the third conveyor.
Innova software collects production data, thereby also monitoring individual worker performance. The data is used to control the incoming and outgoing flow of raw material on the line, which includes the quality inspection process. It can also be used to track valuable KPIs or quality aspects, while providing real-time information on performance and yield.
